Bretland Group Wins Health & Safety Team of the Year at Health & Safety Excellence Awards 2025

With 2025 raising the bar for workplace wellbeing, Bretland Group has been named Health & Safety Team of the Year at the Health & Safety Excellence Awards 2025, recognising the organisation’s outstanding commitment to workplace safety, integrity, and innovation.

In 2024, Bretland embarked on a transformative journey to digitise all health and safety processes, aligning its accredited safety management system with the company’s wider commitment to excellence and sustainable practices. 

By integrating multiple systems and platforms, the team created a robust safety framework supported by data-driven insights, enhancing engagement and effective risk management across all stakeholders.

Judges commended Bretland for its proactive, professionally led approach, noting numerous initiatives, clear leadership, and well-earned safety awards. 

“This entrant has demonstrated a proactive and informed approach to health and safety by making solutions accessible to all stakeholders, enhancing engagement and effective risk management,” the panel noted.

The programme provides a national platform for companies and professionals leading the way in safety culture, protecting people, and establishing new industry standards.
